suggestions??

i fried my mobo and my cpu and i need a new one. Want to see what you guys suggest. I have a p53 deluxe and a q9450(both fried). I look for a replacement not too expensive. Around my 500 is my budget. not looking to spend to much seeing as in a less than a year to upgrade. I just need something for right now cuz of school. Thanks
