How do i find out how fast my FSB is?

at stock settings i believe it runs an 800mhz bus

i think the P4's with HT tech run at 800fsb and regular P4's have 400fsb....

These should help determine what you are running at.

Also, if you use Futuremark 3D benchmark, then your FSB is displayed wuth the results.
