When ever I move the toolbars in ie to where I want them after I restart my computer it puts them back ti where they used to be. How can I get them to stay where I put them?

You're wrong! I never got a download at 1MBPS in IE, but Firefox, Yes. And...I even got a 38.2MBPS in Firefox one morning.

Oh, i forgot, i use Firefox Beta 1.5...so that may be why

After you have got them the way you want, click on Lock The Toolbars and they will stay in position.
