Stress testing PC

Oh yeah, I think Newcastle and Clawhammer was the worse for power consumption since they were the first gen Athlon 64 back in the early 2000's. I'm running a lot of backup off of it though and while that was happening, wow, the RAM, CPU, and the hard drive light are constantly at red (according to my resouce monitors), lol. Even at times of not doing that chore, the hard drive light would always be a solid red like it was constantly reading or writing something. Perhaps that could be the slowdown there, but my RAM peaks out a lot of time too. You know, I'll bet if I got an extra 1GB in there, it would run better. But I'm stubborn enough not to do it, lol. How much RAM do you have?
