Default Streaming Video help??

When I try to watch videos from this site (you have to be logged in)

http://www.tulsa3d.com/index.php

The vid doesn't play, but instead I get a page full of what looks like encryption or something. Any Ideas???

The vids work on my 6 year old computer but not on my new one!?!? Figure that out.
