Strange Video Problem (DVI scrambled picture)

Hey all. Got a new monitor that supports DVI along with my video card but I've stumbled across a strange problem.

When I boot Windows using D-Sub, it works fine and shows Windows login correctly. When I boot Windows using DVI, it displays the following:

If I boot using D-Sub, then attach DVI and select the monitor to use the DVI input - it works fine. Any ideas?

Check your bios.
Is it set to handle digital?
Does it support digital?
