Default Still Viewable

Is it possible to make a cd so that it cannot be copied ie. the file can't be transferred from it to a computer, but they can still view it on their computer. I'm talking about a video file here.

any help is greatly appreciated.

I doubt that this is the right place to discuss that ...
You can make a file read only by right clicking on the file and change the properties to read-only, although i am not fully sure if this would solve your problem

if its read only you can still copy and open it and change it but you have to save it as another name.
