Default Starting IRC automatically

I've checked in the IRC options menu, and I cant find anything to have it start up automatically when windows loads. Do you guys know of any way have the irc process start upon windows booting?

C:\Documents and Settings\Insert-User-Name-Here\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

this is on xp. insert a short cut into that directory. or if you want the executable.
Windows: A thirty-two bit extension and GUI shell to a sixteen bit patch to an eight bit operating system originally coded for a four bit microprocessor and sold by a two-bit company that can't stand one bit of competition.
