Default start menu

Some how almost all my start menu items got deleted and i was wondering if there is a way to do this automatically

Do you want to keep your start menu clear?

Right click on Start then click properties.

You should have options there to add, delete or not have anything in the start menu at all.

Delete.
Oh and if you want installations to stop adding, uncheck where it says make a shortcut in Windows start menu.
