Default Standalone screenshot application

I need a standalone application that can capture screenshots. Something that doesn't need to be installed.

I still don't understand how people do print screens of their bios and boot screens, it never pastes when I try it, I can only paste screenshots while my XP is running...

No. It's impractical to paste it into paint every 3 or 4 seconds. Thats how frequently I need to take screenshots.

Why don't you want something that has to be installed...I'd recommend FRAPS, but you have to install it.
