Default Stand by, computer starts back up

ok. i already have a problem with my PC due to vibrations and the pc just randomly restarting. now i go and click stand by and when the pc shuts down 100% within 5 seconds it starts back up to the login screen. what is wrong with it. thank you

You moved the mouse. When you move the mouse, everytime, the computer starts back up again. If you don't touch it, it won't restart back up again.

well i didnt touch the mouse and it all shuts down then pops back up again... even if i dont touch the mouse it does it.

Hmm, my somputer had similar problems. My problem was that my mobo was shorting on my mobo tray. Try re-mounting the mobo with longer screws so that it doesn't touch the rack.

Yeah, that could be it. Or maybe a faulty psu?

The motherboard is in the case correctly isnt it?? i came across a case that the mobo was not properely in so it keep short circuiting! so make sure everything and not touching
