Default Spyware Problem

It seems that somehow my computer has contracted Spyware. What programs do you recommend to get rid of it?

Go to microsoft.com and download their spyware thingy, then go to download.com and search for ad-ware, then get sygate personal firewall, then you shal be totally protected like me!

For the microsoft anti-spyware, you have to have a legal copy of XP so.... Don't do it if yours is pirated.

NNOOO!!! DONT DL MICROSOFTS THING!!! adaware and spybot s&d, i used the microsoft one, and it deleted system files, and i had to reformat....>_<

I use

SpyBot Search and Destroy
AdAware SE Personnel
Microsoft AntiSpyware

I find AdAware the best but I suppose it is best to have thos extra spyware programs as a backup
