yeh you should use both.
I think that ad-aware will generally catch more stuff than spybot s and d, but I've had spybot s and d catch things that ad-aware missed so It's probably best to use both.

Yeah, it's best to use both, but if I had to choose between the 2, I'd use Ad-Aware.

use both. Ad-Aware sometimes misses things that spybot s and d gets and vise versa.

even a third one is good somtimes. I use webroot spysweeper.
infact I think I have about 4 or five programs for that.
