It's usual (or at least polite) to put the source of the article. (that you've blatently coppied from another place).

I don't think that this should be stickied on it's own, but (as many others have said before), it's be nice to have a stickied threads with some kind of help in it for those frequently asked questions.
ie, over clocking
slowinf down,
browser choices
etc, etc, etc...

I actually haven't exactly "blantently copied" this article. I typed it out earlier, about a year or so ago, for a tech class, from pointers from a tech teacher at my school. He gave links from sites that he had gotten and so I used those. I don't know if my teacher got them from somewhere, but, as for me, I just used his outline and typed it out myself.
