I have some basic Real-tech Speakers that have too much base. How can I tone the base down so the speakers don't vibrate.

Turn the bass knob down?

Really son, we need more info like for what? Car? Computer?

Ok then, right click on the speaker icon and go to settings. Make your adjustments to your liking.

Did the speakers come with the software? It might have a control panel in there.

And you're right. There's nothing in Win 10 sound control. That surprised me.

Speakers don't typically come with software. Sounds cards/chips do. This is probably what was referred to in the thread.

I'm guessing your sound card/chip is built-in on the motherboard and by Real-tech you mean the sound card/chip?

How many channels are the speakers? By base do you mean bass? And is there a sub-woofer? Give us the model of the sound card/chip to relate it with the speakers. How are the speakers connected (thru a station or directly)?

Built-in sound cards/chips tend to be awful with +2.1 channel speakers with sub-woofer.

I just noticed this thread. Sorry we don't have many to help much in such topics here, including myself.

Do you have an icon like this:
