Default sp3

Did microsoft fix all the bugs with sp3. If yes what update would i need to install before sp3

I would suggest installing this before installing the SP3 update: Windows Service Pack 3 patch for AMD processors to prevent STOP: 0x0000007E error on boot

would i need that update when i integrate sp3 to

I'm in safe mode right now becuase regular startup always gives off errors an when downloading sp3 from www.softwarepatch.com and the download always gets stuck at random percents

Don't worry about that part. It's the standalone installation package.

it still stops at random percents no matter what i download beside real small files

when i installed a clean version of XP sp2 on my system...i just installed sp3 right away without doing any prerequisite updates of any sort...and it all works for me.

Still had a butt load of updates to do later on tho.

I thought the SP3 was pretty much all those security updates into one plus some other things.
