Default Sound Card

OK well i'm selling my fish tanks (moving to germany soon) so I got about 40 bucks coming in. Now my budge is 40 bucks. I was wondering if any of you have any suggestions on a sound card. It has to support 5.1 MIN. perfer 7.1. And it had to be under 40 bucks.

$40 7.1

$40 5.1

turtle Beach $30 5.1

My choice for you! $60 7.1 I would wait to get the extra 20 bucks, it would be well worth it!

HEh same one I was looking at. And yes I do speaker german. However its RUSTY! I used to be fluent at it when I was living there. I'll pick up what I don't know (which is quite a bit) really fast. Last time I went back 3 years ago for a vacation. I could speak a lil not much. Within a month I was having full fled converseations.
