Hey, I need to buy a soundcard But have no idea what to look for....I don't even know what it means by 5.1 6.1 7.1 etc. Cwan somebody please give me some advice? thanks

Depends, I want to learn about them first, And see if I want a really good one, or just a normal one.

ok,5.1 means 5 sattalie speakers, and one subwoofer(the .1 is the sub)
and so on 7.1 seven speakers, now if you get an adialogy sound card get crative lab speakers, now the best sound card comes from turtle beach.
