Default Sony vegas, bottleneck problem?

I was rendering a video in sony vegas today and i realized the processor was only only at 12%. could I have a hard drive bottleneck? it is a regular 7200rpm sata drive. or could it be a setting that has to do with CPU utilization

Never mind i figured it out, i never enabled multi-channel mapping
