Sonic Updater!!!!

Hi Guys,
Ive been having this problem for a while, and i cant figure out how to make it go away. Every time i restart my computer, i get these dumb sonic updater window pop-ups.

I dont know what it's talking about because my laptop came with no CD's. When i try to cancel the intallation from that screen, i get this messge.

Someone told me it had something to do with Dell and their installation of software, but i have no idea what to do. Any help appreciated.

Im running windows home sp2, just in case i need to say that
