Here's how it was working:

Heatsink Fan (blowing down)
Heatsink

PCI fan (sucking air from top out left [back of case])
Video card
Video card fan (blowing air to video card?)

*a blank space means open PCI slot.

I'll take some pics of the cabling I just re-did. All the cables, with the exception of power cables, I got arranged pretty well. I really needed a modular PSU. I'm not using the PCI-e nor 4 of the 4-pin molex.
