Default Something Similar to SSD Caching, but on a RAM Disk

I've heard of utilities that allow you to use an SSD as a cache drive for the most frequently used files and programs. I'm wondering if anyone has heard of a similar concept using a RAM Disk.

Hi Smoggy....Ya know after all this time, I still haven't tried RamDisk. Too lazy I guess, since the SSD is so fast anyway. I remember Bad_Machine, doing a lot of experimenting with RamDisk.
