Something is seriously wrong with my CPU

lol dat happened to me once poker, i was installing my GPU and somehow i guess i hit some of the clips and my ram came out a bit but i didnt notice and i kept on getting errors, tryed figuring out wat was wrong for like 2 hours and than i was going to try one more time before sending in an RMA request and i checked my ram and noticed they where loose lol and so i fixed dat problem, felt like an idiot afterwards though

It might not be an new board, it is an clearance item from Microcenter, which means somebody bought it, something happened (incompatible, not working, etc), and returned it. Which is why its an clearance. The previous buyer could have done anything to it.

If all that were suggested doesnt work, I think you may want to try another board?

I'm really beginning to like this store more often everyday. I got the i7 for $229.99 and the board for $160. The RAM was a bit expensive, but my friends getting that for me. Well giving me the money for it now, haha.
