That's definitely not accurate. An AM2 processor wouldn't physically fit into the 939 socket in the first place.
And you'd need DDR2 RAM as well.
Sometimes people get "AM2" and "dual-core" mixed up, so that could be a possibility. Still doesn't really make a whole lot of sense though, I don't know what he was thinking.
