The budget is kind of important when it comes to this. Otherwise how would we know whether you could afford an SB-E processor with a GTX 690 or not?

Who saw that coming?

I'd swap out the 3960X for the 3930K. The 3960X is better, but not $400 better.

So I looked around and yes I want a good computer but I'm not going to spend $1000 on a video card but I saw a gaming mother board on newegg (BIOSTAR TZ77B LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS) wondering what you think about that?
Link: Newegg.com - BIOSTAR TZ77B LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS
Thanks!

That's a nice board. Pair it with a 3570K and you have a very capable build.
