slowing down!

ever since around april this year my cmoputer hase been getting slower and slower. I don't know what else I can do i already scanned for viruses spyware ran ccleaner, evidence eliminator, disk cleanup, registry mechanic. and its still getting slower. games still run fine though its just windows and programs that are slowing down.

you do a disk defragment?

well thats just windows.
But start -> run -> msconfig -> startup
and then google for the stuff, there might be something that ur virus & spyware scanners didn't pick up.

i did a disk defrag i found something that is kind of wierd in msconfig, its just an entry that has no words just a checkbox
