Default slow loading windows xp

every day i swiched on my computer.. and then it takes be 5 mins to load up windows xp!!

how can i speed up my computer?
as i have using latest diskeeper
clean up registry
clean up junk files
update windows xp

what missing???

Have you:

1) Toned down msconfig to only boot priority services
2) Run anti-virus/anti-spyware apps
3) Tried to free up more system resources?

Yeah, something must be loading thats taking alot of resources up.

Whats your system specs?
