Default Slight Blur

I can tell that my display is slightly fuzzy. But it's not as crisp as it should be. I can still play games fine and everything. I haven't switched resolutions or anything. Temperatures are fine. I've tried switching resolutions and going back but it still maintains a tiny blur of fuzz if you will.

Are you on a CRT or an LCD?

Around the edges, around borders of programs, or all over the screen?

just in general; the whole screen has a blur.

edit: i guess blur is the wrong word since that involves motion.

the screen is generally fuzzy.
