Default Slave Internal Harddrive Recovery problems

I am new at dealing this HDD recovery problems. I do not know how this problem started. My computer has two internal HDD. I usually take the slave or second HDD out to transfer some files to another computer. So the last transfer I try to make, something goes wrong. I connect all the wires correctly in a good fashion of time. Yet this time my slave HDD is saying that it is corrupted and unable to access.

What do I need to do to recover any lost from that HDD??? Please help someone!
