Sims 2 Error

Yeah, that should have fixed it, downloading that
It just gives the game all its valuable drivers to run, even if you don't have a Direct-x9c card for instance to get more effects (more likely, yours is going to be about Direct-X7 in archetecture) but downloading that will definietly make it work on your system.

and no still having problems ..grrrr i cant seem to get that Direct X to work, i think this has happend before when i had a diffrent sims game and problems with direct x..i think its my computer ..dam it o well ....

What does it say when you try to run it? Does it by any chance say "a version of this has already been found on your computer"? or something?
