Hello,
Just another quick question that I can use some help on.
I just moved into an apartment near school, which receives the school's wireless network.
I, however, have a couple of devices (Xbox 360, laptop) that I'd like to connect via an ethernet port. I know that wireless options ARE available, but I'd simply like to avoid these and go with a wired connection.
So now, what exactly do I need? I was under the impression that I'd need an "Access Point," but a friend of mine mentioned that a "Bridge" is actually what I am looking for.
So which exactly is it? I want to purchase something off newegg immediately and have found this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833122250
Would this work? Do you know of any other solutions/better-cheaper products?
Thanks in advance,
Chris
