so cpus have their FSB speed also?

The FSB is part of the Processor; thats why it accounts for a large chunk of the power. Just like the Pentium 4 HT EE has a Front Side Bus of 800Mhz, and the AMD 64 has a Front Side Bus of 400Mhz.
