Default Should my Arctic Cooler be this good?!

Just fitted my Arctic Cooler 7 Pro to my processor, and the load temperatures are 18-20 *c cooler then the stock intel cooler (50-52*c)! Every test I saw of the AC7pro said it cooled between 8-10*c more then the stock cooler. Have I got lucky or did I make do a bad job of fitting the intel cooler.

Either way, im so relieved. It means i can turn my overclock back up now...

damn! I was going to buy the AC Freezer 7 for my build but instead got this:http://www.ebuyer.com/product/134542
but it would be cooling a q6600 for me so i don't know if it would work as well.

well my guess would be thats the way its supposed to be, i dont own one, but going from a crappy oem heatsink up to the heatpipes and a huge heatsink would make a rather large difference, i just might have to get a couple of those for my pc's

Yeah, no surprise why Custom PC uses it to overclock dual cores.
