Default should i tust a certified repaired segate hdd

i was givin a brand new still in static wrap seagate 200 gig and the sticker on the hdd says certified repaired hdd should i trust it is it ok to use?

no i didnt i got it from my uncle he said it was extra he didnt need and he wanted to help me with my build so he gave it me

I don't see any reason not to trust it. It did come from Seagate after all.

I bought one from microcenter about 3 years ago. no issues to date.
it came with their diagnostic tools and disc wizard
