Default Should I overclock?

I been hearing alot about overclocking. Just wondering if its worth it or not to do it. Here is the CPU I have....http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819115016

Yes definitely, if you think you're to it. The Core 2 Duos are excellent overclockers and you can squeeze a lot of extra performance out of them. Do you have stock cooling?

only if you know what you're getting yourself into. i don't mind helping people learn overclocking, but i recommend you take some time out and study the ins and outs of your bios and components. do some research over at xtremesystems.org/forums and look up what people are clocking at with similar hardware/settings. that should give you a good solid baseline and you can set your clockspeed goals based on others' achievements. if you're on aim i don't mind helping you at all.
