Yeh, but alot of programs need SP2 to run. And it also lets your computer autoupdate!

Yeah but it slows your internet to shit, especially on bit-torrents.

If you have a legal copy of XP, yes, download it. If you are like me who owns the so-called "corporate" edition, then don't download it.
