Default Shopping a new S478 Heatsink & fan

OK, my stock heatsink and fans is quiet once started up. Afterwards, it gets noisy...really noisy. Now, I was looking for a heatsink with heatpipes. I was thinking the thermaltake found in the computer shop, but the guy asks for $60. I was like, OK, I'll probably buy it. But first, what would you guys suggest as the heatpipes heatsink and fan?

The one I found has heatpipes, a big heatsink and a 120mm fan to cool it. The height of it is a little big, but it will fit!
