Default sharing processing power

I was wondering if I would be able to take some of the extra computers that I have lying around, and set them up so that I could tap into their processors, and use it for video conversions, and other media type things

Would this be possible?

Default Re: sharing processing power

Unless you have a dual processor motherboard, no. You could run each of them independently and hook them up to a LAN network.
