Default Sharing internet connection over Bluetooth?

I was just wondering if it was possible to share my laptop's internet connection (connected with a wireless router) with bluetooth, and use it to browse the web on my phone, without using my mobile data. The phone has bluetooth but no wifi, and it's a Nokia 6500s. I just basically wanna check my email while sitting in the lounge etc, but I don't get 3G coverage where I live and it's really slow with the phone. So if I could share my net from the laptop via it's bluetooth, and use the phone's bluetooth to connect to the net rather than the phone itself, i'd be cooking with gas, and it'd be quick.

Thanks in advance,
