BigLu has a point,If you have only two computers in a network,why don't you make crossover cable and then set it up instead of buying router? Yet buying stuff like this is good for your future use...

If you are familiar crimping UTP cables then do a cross-over cable. My PC and my neighbor's PC is networked using cross-over connection. We do this because we have a sort of addiction in playing Starcraft. LOL

Default crossover cables...

You can connect the two systems together with a crossover cable. Depending on how long of a cable you need will dictate price. But my 25' cable cost me 5 dollars US.
