Default Setting up RAID

Hi, i have just got another 35.g Raptor drive. i would like to put it into RAID with my other raptor drive but havnt got a clue how as i have never done it before. I have a few questions about it:

1. The other raptor drive has my OS on it, would i need to reformat it in order to put it into RAID.

2. What are the benefits of it

3. And how do i do it (can anyone post a link to a decent walkthrough)

Thank you all

Default Re: Setting up RAID

Basically, put the two drives in. You'll go past your post screen, and a screen should come up with the drives names and ask you to press something. Press that button, I have to press tab. Then there should be instructions.
