Default Setting up RAID 0

Hello could someone give me a step by step noob guide to setting up RAID 0. I have two raptor 35.5G drives and a DFI Lan Party Ultra-D. I was looking through the manual and all i could find about RAID was this paragragh saying that Before creating RAID, make sure you have installe dthe Serial/Paraellel ATA drives and connected the data cables otherwiese you wont be able to enter the NVIDIA or silicon Image RAID BIOS utiliy.

I take it this is talking about the SATA RAID driver disk that was supplied with my boardand the data cable are just the cables from the SATA ports on the board to the drives. Correct me if im wrong.

so if anyone could tell me how to set it up or just point me towards a guide that would be great. thank you

do you want to set them up in raid using a raid card or raid capable mainboard, or do you want to set up raid in windows?
