Default Service pack 3?..Yeah or Nay?

Hi
Have XP and I Saw a really bad review about SP3 on PC Pitstop causing problems..should it be downloaded?

I had issues with the Beta, but the final release has been perfect using for a few months now.

I haven't noticed any significant performance boost by using SP3, but it contains all the hotfixes before it's release. I have no problems with SP3 at all, so I say go for it, nothing to lose.

I haven't noticed anything different in performance, but I haven't had many major problems. I do feel like I've had more standard crashes though... and a couple of blue screens.
