Default Server Hardware

I'm building a dedicated Linux box to host Counter Strike: Source and I want to know how much ram I should plan on including. I will probably be using the AMD Athlon XP 2400 processor, fyi. The server needs to be able to host a game of at least 20 members, the more the merrier but 20 is the minimum, and do it without lag (the network here runs T1 speeds so networking limitations isn't an issue).

Any thoughts?
