Default Server on gigabit PCI card..

Ok, so my server is all going as an active directory, but it's quite slow logging on, off, etc etc.

If I was to buy a gigabit PCI card for the server, should that speed things up a tad?

Everything is running standard 10/100, apart from this laptop which is wireless. Come to think of it, I have not tried it wired yet, so it might just be slow wireless..

any input? + rep for helpful people!!

many thanks, james.
