Default Selling a computer to a friend

Windows Vista 32-bit Home Premium
e6700 core 2 duo
EVGA 8800GT
WD500GB HDD
Asus p5n-e 650i mobo
Asus Dvd/cd burner
Asus DVD/CD reader
500W Thermaltake PSU
x4 1GB DDR2 800MHz 5-5-5-12 (G.Skill)

I'm selling it to a friend for $900, the only thing in the computer is used, is the e6700, and the motherboard, everything else is brand new, I just need to buy a few parts. I'm just making sure this is a good deal or do I need to bring down the price at all?

You don't make money of your friends.

I work at the sheriff's office as a deputy, so it's just 1 of the thousand people I work with, so I plan to make a little money.
