SD vs. MMC vs. MS/Pro

Which one of those cards would work best as some storage for music or movies that I can plug into my computer to use on e.g. flights or trips?

I know SD cards work, and MMC is basically the same thing, but would Memory Stick Pro be better/faster?

If you already have a reader for all 3 types or your PC has a reader built in that will read all 3 types then get the one that's cheaper.

And normally SD is the cheapest...and most universal, in my experience.
