Ive never realy heard of an mmc card, but im familiar with a flash and sd card. I spose different kind of cameras and phones or whatever your using it for will use different cards. Also I think sd is more commen so better for using it with a pc, eg a card reader will read it no probs.

MMC are smaller, from what I know there isn't much difference at all apart from which device you are using it for.

E.g. if your camera takes MMC you have to get MMC
Asus A7N8X Deluxe - Rev 2.0 - Bios Ver. 1007
AMD Athlon XP-M 2200+ - @ 11x188 = 2Ghz (1.75Vcore)
ATi Radeon 9700 Pro (Almost as good as my old 5950U!)
Corsair 512MB XMS TwinX Low Latency DDR 400 - @ 188Mhz
