Default SCSI to ATA Converter?

Is there something that will convert SCSI drives to ATA? I recently got two SCSI hard drives and CD drives and I'd like to use them, but when I tried to connect them up I realized that the cables didn't match. I looked closer and it said "SCSI" above what I thought was the ATA port. Is there any way I can get the ATA cable to work with the SCSI drive or is there something I can buy to get them to work together? Or am I out of luck?
