Scrolling Problems

When I scroll up or down in any window, it doesn't scroll normally. It looks as though it's re-loading the page every time I scroll up or down, it's kind of hard to explain, if anyone knows what I'm talking about, please reaply.

What kind of internet connection do you have? I know what you're talking about, when it happens to me I'm on a crappy connection..

have you installed your video card drivers? you mean the pages are kinda jerky when you scroll with your mouse wheel?

Does this happen only in IE? If so, go to Tools > Internet Options... and go to the Advanced tab. Scroll to the "Use Smooth Scrolling" option, and make sure it's checked.
